December 2009- Natick, MA - Fair & Yeager Insurance Agency of Natick has once again earned the Five Star Agency Designation from the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA). To achieve this designation an Insurance Agency must excel in 17 key Industry performance standards within the areas of Customer Focus, Management Leadership, Human Resources, Processes, and Products/Services.
The Five Star Award of Distinction is a culmination of the daily efforts of the Fair & Yeager Team, their drive for continued improvement and efficiencies, and their common goal of providing excellent insurance service to their customers. It is an award that acknowledges this team effort and is awarded to those Insurance Agents who consistently provide superior knowledge, service and value to their clients.
In achieving this award Fair & Yeager Insurance joins less then 2% of the Insurance Agencies in Massachusetts who have received this honor.
