Payment Procedures

Payment Procedures vary from company to company and could include payment by mail, phone, online, installments, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and/or finance agreements. Please see the Company Contact Information section for specific payment procedures by company. Also, for your convenience, payments can be made at Fair & Yeager Insurance Agency, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note, if you are paying by installments, most all insurance companies charge an installment fee. If your payment is late, late fees typically will apply. Also, be advised that a notice of cancellation for non-payment of premium, or being cancelled for non-pay, is on an individual basis and does require a call in to the agency and/or insurance company.

Commerce Insurance - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 508-943-9000 during the hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Payments can also be made online 24/7 at www.commercecares.com. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: 11 Gore Road, Webster, MA 01570.

CNA - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-877-276-7507. This service is available 8am to 8pm. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: (for MA Auto) Commercial Ins. MA Auto PO Box 31550 Hartford, CT 06150-8033. All other payments can be mailed to: PO Box 382033 Pittsburgh, PA 15250-8033.

Hanover Insurance - Payments can be made by phone with a check using the phone number 1-800-573-1187, a convenience charge applies. Payments may be made online using the website address www.myhanoverpolicy.com. EFT is available. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: PO Box 4031 Woburn, MA 01813-4031.

Harleysville - Payments can be made by check and mailed to: Processing Center 355 Maple Ave Harleysville, PA 19441-0002. EFT is available. If you have billing questions you can call 1-800-338-8301.

MA Fair Plan - Payments can be made online with a check using the website www.mpiua.com. Please note you must provide an invoice #, which can be found on your invoice. Payments can be mailed to: Po Box 981030 Boston, MA 02298-1030, If a payment has to be overnighted mail to: Two Center Plaza Boston, MA 02108.

Merchants - Payments can be made by phone with a check using the phone number 1-800-462-8182, at no charge. This service is available Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. EFT is available. Payments can be made online at www.merchantsgroup.com this option is available 24/7. Merrimack - 1-800-225-0770, payments made by mail, or dropped off at Fair & Yeager Insurance Agency. Payments can be mailed to: 95 Old River Road Andover, MA 01810.

Preferred Mutual - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-800-333-7642 during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The following options are available 24/7. By phone 1-888-511-2455 and www.pminsco.com using Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card or Echeck. Payments can be mailed to: PO Box 888 Norwich, NY 13815-0888.

Safety Insurance - Payments can be made online at www.safetyinsurance.com or payments can be brought into our office and we will log them for you into Safety's billing system. EFT is available. Travelers - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-800-550-7716. This service is available 24 hours a day. Payments can also be made online at www.travelersepay.com. Payments can be mailed to: CL & Specialty Remits Ctr. Hartford, CT 01683-1008

Zurich - Payments can be made by phone with a check, Mastercard, or Visa using the phone number 1-800-253-8092. Charges may apply. This service is available 24/7.
