WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE is required by State law. It requires that every employer provide Workers Compensation insurance for their employees. This insurance provides coverage for accidents or disease arising from employment. Benefits can include lost wages while the employee is unable to work, medical expenses, physical rehabilitation of injured workers and/or permanent disfigurement/disability payments.
