Payment Procedures
Payment Procedures vary from company to company and could include payment by mail, phone, online, installments, and/or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please see the Company Contact Information section for specific payment procedures by company. Also, for your convenience, payments can be made at Fair & Yeager Insurance Agency, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, if you are paying by installments, most all insurance companies charge an installment fee. If your payment is late, late fees typically will apply. Also, be advised that a notice of cancellation for non-payment of premium, or being cancelled for non-pay, is on an individual basis and does require a call in to the agency and/or insurance company.

Commerce Insurance - Payments can also be made online 24/7 at www.commercecares.com or payments can be made by phone with a check, a fee of $2.95 will be charged, at 1-800-922-8276 between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm M - F. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: 11 Gore Road, Webster, MA 01570.
Hanover/Citizens Insurance - Payments can be made by phone with a check/debit Card using the phone number 1-800-573-1187. Payments may be made online using the website www.myhanoverpolicy.com EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: PO Box 580045, Charlotte, NC 28258
MA Fair Plan - Payments can be made online with a check using the website www.mpiua.com. Please note when paying online you must provide an invoice #, which can be found on your invoice. Payments can be mailed to: PO Box 981030 Boston, MA 02298-1030, If a payment has to be mailed overnight mail to: Two Center Plaza Boston, MA 02108.
Merrimack - 1-800-225-0770, no alternate payment options are available. Payments may be made by mail, or dropped off at Fair & Yeager Insurance Agency. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: 95 Old River Road Andover, MA 01810.
Plymouth Rock Assurance - Payments can be made with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-866-353-6292 during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or online 24/7 at www.prac.com. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed to: Billing Department P.O. Box 55933 Boston, MA 02205-5933 or overnight payments: Billing Department 695 Atlantic Avenue Boston, MA 02111.
Preferred Mutual - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge using the phone number 1-800-333-7642 during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M- F. The following options are available 24/7. By phone 1-888-511-2455 and www.pminsco.com using Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card or E-check. Payments can be mailed to: PO Box 888 Norwich, NY 13815-0888.
Safety Insurance - Payments can be made online at www.safetyinsurance.com or by phone 1-800-951-2100 x 3200, between the hours of 8:15 am - 5:00 pm M-F. Credit Cards are accepted, Visa & MasterCard and NYCE, Pulse, Star, and Accel Exchange network debit cards. EFT is available. Payments can be mailed (with payment stub) to: P.O. Travelers of Massachusetts - Automobile Insurance - Payments can be made by phone with a check at no charge by calling 1-800-222-4184 between 8:00am – 5:00pm Mon-Fri. Payments can be mailed to P.O. Box 660326, Dallas, TX 75207-0326 make checks payable to Travelers of MA. Bill Pay service is available online at www.travelers.com when you enroll, all your future invoices will be e-mailed to you.
Travelers - Homeowners Insurance - Payments can be made by phone 1-800-550-7716 24/7. Payments can be mailed to: P.O. Box 660307 Dallas, TX 75266-0307, make your checks payable to Travelers. Payments can also be made online at https://logon.travelers.com. Travelers Customer Service Team is available at 1-877-754-0471 to answer your questions regarding e-pay.
United Marine - Payments may be made between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. by phone with check, Visa or Mastercard using the phone 1-800-477-7140. Charges may apply or you can pay online 24/7 at www.unitedmarine.net. Payments can be mailed to: 1309 Bluegrass Parkway La Grange, KY 40031
